We built a quartz lamp cleaning kit to stop that cycle.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;what-matters-technically&#34;&gt;What matters, technically&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;We designed this kit around the reality of infrared heating in stretch blow molding. Each quartz emitter is matched to common blow molder voltages and watt densities, with standard R7s connectors so replacement is straightforward. The quartz tube keeps a tight filament path, so output stays stable over long runs.&#xA;We pair it with a cleaning routine: the right wipes and a cleaner that cuts through carbon and film without etching the tube.
